HT Italia HT701 model is a TRMS professional multimeter designed to perform AC/DC voltage measurements up to 1000V, AC/DC current measurement up to 400mA more than resistance, continuity test, diode test, frequency, capacitance, and temperature with type K probes as sub-features.

The instrument can also be used as an insulation tester with test voltage selectable up to 1000VDC and has an internal memory for saving data. The HT701 is designed in compliance with IEC/EN 61010-1 safety standard with double insulation protection in CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V. The HT701 has an LCD display with bargraph and the Auto-backlit feature for automatic enable of backlight depending on the environment darkness conditions. Other features are HOLD function, MAX/MIN/AVG functions and Auto Power OFF feature is integrated to preserve the internal battery after 20 minutes of idleness.
