Due to the precision, accuracy, and repeatability of the U1242B handheld digital multimeters, users can perform tests over a longer period of time with confidence and efficiency.

Additionally, the longer battery life of the U1242B digital multimeter allows technicians or industrial test engineers to increase production. Batteries can last for up to 300 hours, allowing you to work for longer periods of time without having to change them. With the ergonomically shaped handheld digital multimeter, you can select measurements functions using the anti-slip rotary dial, making it much easier for you to do so in low light conditions. The large display and adjustable backlight make it a very convenient tool to use.

The battery-powered handheld digital multimeter provides true rms readings, a 10,000 count, and an analogue bar graph without complications.

Furthermore, this digital multimeter is IP67 certified to withstand drops up to 10 feet, making it ideal for harsh environments. It is designed to be used indoors, in areas with low condensation, with standard test probes or probes with compatibility.

With the U1242B series digital multimeters, you can also run continuity tests with both visual (flashing backlight display) and audio (beeper) alerts, as well as detect glitches with an integrated switch/relay counter. This digital multimeter also has a harmonic ratio measurement that can identify harmonics in AC signals.
