Description:
DSOX6004A, DSOX6004A-02G, DSOX6004A-04G, DSOX6004A-06G are 4 Channel Oscilloscopes. The DSOX6002A can be upgraded at time of purchase to 2.5GHz, 4GHz OR 6GHz, via upgrades in the future. Waveform update rate is 450,000 waveforms / sec, Maximum Sample rate is 20GS/s.
All DSOX6000A series have Segmented memory, inbuilt Frequency counter and DVM.
Dual Channel Waveform Generator & Serial Trigger and Decode are available as options.
