Testo 176-P1 Pressure Data Logger
When ambient conditions, for example in a laboratory, need to be documented securely and accurately, choose the data logger Testo 176-P1. It has an integrated sensor which measures absolute pressure precisely within in the range from 600 mbar up to 1100 mbar.
Additionally Up to two temperature/humidity probes can be additionally connected to the 5-channel data logger Testo 176-P1. A wide selection of probes is available to you for this purpose.
Security & convenience at all levels
The Testo 176-P1 data logger for absolute pressure, temperature and humidity guarantees high data security and reliable measurement results on the basis of modern measurement technology.
When temperature/humidity probes are connected, the data logger also shows the dewpoint in the display, in addition to the current measurement values. You can read programmed limit values, min. and max. values, limit value violations as well as the remaining battery life easily from the large display. It is therefore not necessary to read out the data logger to a PC in order to gain a quick overview.
With its large memory up to 2 million readings and its long battery life up to 8 years the data logger is the ideal instrument for the long-term recording of climate data. The standard battery (AA) can be easily exchanged at any time by the user.
Monitoring & documentation of laboratory conditions
The ambient conditions for research projects must frequently be documented in laboratories to check external influencing factors. In addition to recording temperature & humidity, the Test 176-P1 also includes checking of the absolute pressure. There are major requirements in terms of reliability, along with tamper-proofing & data security of the recording instrument, as incorrect documentation could invalidate the whole research result. The Testo 176-P1 is one of the few instruments which can log all three measurement parameters at the same time & also offer the required amount of data security.
Programming & analysis of the data logger
Programming and reading the data logger, as well as the analysis of measurement data, requires the use of a software package. Three different software versions are available:
- ComSoft Basic software – available as a free download – is ideal for fast programming of the temperature logger and easy data analysis
- ComSoft Professional software – also available – offers various options for carrying out detailed analysis of the temperature values
- ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 software – also available – designed for applications in the pharmaceutical industry with its special requirements according to CFR 21 Part 11
