R&S®LCX100 LCR meters cover a frequency range of 4 Hz to 300 kHz. The R&S®LCX200 has an upper frequency limit of 500 kHz and can be extended to 1 MHz or 10 MHz using software options when needed.

DC measurements are available on all instruments. Most applications can be covered with voltages as high as 10 V generated internally. It is also possible to apply bias voltages of up to 40 V externally.
All measured values are recorded up to 10 times per second using the fast logging function.
The advanced analysis function allows you to perform dynamic impedance measurements. These sweep measurements determine the impedance values for a series of frequency values or other parameters.
Digital I/O ports can be used to trigger and control measurements externally. Using the binning function, the measured components can be sorted by their values into eight categories.
With the large capacitive touchscreen, you can operate the instruments in a modern and intuitive way and visualize the results of your measurements graphically.
Remote controllability and rack installation make the R&S®LCX ideal for system applications.
