<p>The Testo 512 with a measuring range from 0-20 hPa can be used to help you carry out quick and easy filter checks when performing differential pressure checks on ventilation and air conditioning systems. Differential pressure measurements are carried out to determine whether filters still work properly or whether they are used up and clogged and need to be replaced.<br />
The differential pressure meter is ideal for carrying out pitot static tube measurements in air ducts at very high air flow speeds or when the air stream is strongly polluted. The compact, rugged meter shows both the pressure as well as the air flow speed and has a measuring range from 5 to 55 m/s.<br />
The damper for adjustable averaging can be programmed individually while the density compensation is already integrated.<br />
The pitot static tube that you will need to carry out your air flow measurements can be ordered together with your differential pressure meter. Choose from one of three models to select the model that is best suited to your individual requirements. The pitot static tube is inserted into the air duct where it measures the air flow quickly and reliably.<br />
The Testo 512 displays the pressure and the air flow speed simultaneously. You can choose between two different units of measurement &#8211; m/s and fpm &#8211; to indicate the air flow speed and from eight different units &#8211; psi, kPa, hPa, Pa, mm H<sub>2</sub>O, mmHg, inch H<sub>2</sub>O and inch Hg &#8211; to measure the pressure.</p>

<p>The Testo 512 with a measuring range from 0-2 hPa can be used to help you carry out quick and easy filter checks when performing differential pressure checks on ventilation and air conditioning systems. <h3>Further advantages of the Testo 526-1 high-precision differential pressure measuring instrument</h3>
<p>The integrated test menu in the Testo 526 enables seamless recording, especially for tightness testing on containers. To document the pressure test, there is an option enabling the measurement data to be processed and archived using software and/or printed out via the Testo fast printer directly on site (software and printer available to order separately).</p>
<p>The memory can record up to 25,000 readings. These are stored under their individually designated measuring locations (max. 99 measuring locations) which means they can be quickly found again. Measurement data can be saved individually or as a series of measurements. The measuring rate (0.04 seconds, 1 second to 24 hours) and the number of values to be stored can be freely selected.</p>

<p>When ambient conditions, for example in a laboratory, need to be documented securely and accurately, choose the data logger Testo 176-P1. It has an integrated sensor which measures absolute pressure precisely within in the range from 600 mbar up to 1100 mbar.</p>
<p>Additionally Up to two temperature/humidity probes can be additionally connected to the 5-channel data logger Testo 176-P1. A wide selection of probes is available to you for this purpose.</p>
<h3>Security &amp; convenience at all levels</h3>
<p>The Testo 176-P1 data logger for absolute pressure, temperature and humidity guarantees high data security and reliable measurement results on the basis of modern measurement technology.</p>
<p>When temperature/humidity probes are connected, the data logger also shows the dewpoint in the display, in addition to the current measurement values. You can read programmed limit values, min. and max. values, limit value violations as well as the remaining battery life easily from the large display. It is therefore not necessary to read out the data logger to a PC in order to gain a quick overview.</p>
<p>With its large memory up to 2 million readings and its long battery life up to 8 years the data logger is the ideal instrument for the long-term recording of climate data. The standard battery (AA) can be easily exchanged at any time by the user.</p>

<h3 class="s4 title">Differential pressure measurement on filters</h3>
<p>Air conditioning systems are equipped with filters which prevent dirt from the outside air entering the indoor air. These filters are to be inspected regularly to make sure they are still fully functional. To do this, the pressure is measured in front of and behind the filter. The result is the differential pressure. If it is too high, the filter is contaminated and needs changing.</p>
<p>The Testo 510 measures differential pressures in a range of 0 &#8211; 100 hPa. The differential pressure measurement is temperature-compensated for exact readings. The readings can be displayed in pascal over the entire measuring range. Magnets on the rear of the instrument allow hands-free work.</p>
<h3 class="s4 title">Measurement in ventilation ducts</h3>
<p>Observance of air flows in the ventilation duct is of utmost importance for the function of the ventilation and air conditioning system. If the air flows are smaller than intended, the removal of room loads (heating, cooling and substance loads) may not be ensured in certain circumstances.</p>

<p>Evacuating is one of the most important steps when it comes to installing or restarting refrigerant or air conditioning systems: foreign gases, moisture and oils have to be removed properly. That’s when the absolute pressure of a system needs to be measured.</p>
<p>And that’s exactly what the Testo 552 digital vacuum gauge is designed to do: the meter provides you with highly accurate information regarding the dehumidification status of the system and is able to measure even the smallest of absolute pressures absolutely reliably.
