The HT Instruments COMBI521EV is a professional-grade electric car charging station (EVSE) safety tester that meets the requirements of IEC / EN 61851-1 and IEC / EN60364-7-722. This combined verification instrument also tests electric systems in compliance with IEC/EN 61557-1, making it an ideal choice for businesses and professionals who need to verify the safety of EVSEs and electric systems.

The HT Instruments COMBI521EV is a portable multifunctional electrical tester that can be used for a variety of electrical measurements, including continuity of the protection cable, insulation resistance (with calculation of PI and DAR), overall earth resistance, RCDs type B, A and AC tripping time and current, line / fault impedance with calculation of prospective short circuit / fault current, phase sequence and conformity.

The COMBI521EV is a device that not only allows you to measure environmental parameters like illuminance and temperature, but also leakage current and electric quantities such as voltage, current, power factor, power and harmonics on single-phase systems.

The COMBI521EV provides an innovative AUTO function that allows for easy testing of overall earth resistance, RCD tripping time, and insulation resistance. Simply set the value of RCD current and select the AUTO function to start the test. The device will automatically carry out the tests in sequence, and display all results at the end with simple OK or NOT OK symbols. This makes it easy to determine compliance with standards.

Thanks to its internal memory that allows saving the measures and subsequently transfer them onto the PC through the optical/USB connection. The brand new HTAnalysis App, downloadable for free on iOS and Android systems, enhances COMBI521EV’s capabilities by transferring measured and recorded data onto tablets and smartphones; this way, the operator can customize and share the results of their tests on HTCloud. COMBI521EV is a valuable ally for every technician thanks to its precision, convenience and wide range of applications.
