AC Voltage: ±350 ppm
AC Current: ±450 ppm
AC Power: ±450 ppm
At 1 year, 10 ppm = 0.001%

Phase Accuracy

±0.03º at 50/60 Hz
Between the Voltage and current outputs when used alone.

High Stability

AC voltage, current: ±50 ppm/h
AC power: ±100 ppm/h
From 1 minute to 1 hour after the output is turned on.

Wide generation range

AC voltage: 10 mV to 1250 V
AC current: 0.3 mA to 62.5 A
Frequency: 40 to 1200 Hz

Single to three phase power calibration

A single LS3300 AC Power Calibrator unit supports 1P2W, and multiple LS3300 units support 1P3W, 3P3W and 3P4W. It can calibrate AC voltage/ current, active/reactive power, power factor and phase angle.

Control and output of three phase power

Multiple LS3300 AC Power Calibrators can be synchronized through BNC cables. The host can then connect all units to the master unit via a USB cable and adjust settings simultaneously through the master/slave communication. Users can set the values of voltage, current, power, power factor, wiring, and phase from the front panel of the master unit and view each phase in a phase chart in the LCD. Checking the output of each unit from the master unit during three-

(1) Outputting balanced three-phase signals

In the case of balanced phase signals, when users modify settings on the master unit, values on the slave units are set accordingly. Synchronous communication allows output setting changes on the master unit to be migrated to the slave unit. If a fault such as an overload occurs in the slave unit, this information will be conveyed to the master unit, and a shutdown of the output is initiated.

(2) Outputting unbalanced three-phase signals

In the case of unbalanced phase signals, users set the conditions of a balanced state for the slave units on the master unit. Then they change the phase setting into single phase and manually set conditions of the unbalanced phase state of each phase on the slave side.

On-Site calibration service

Other power calibration systems in the market utilize a master/slave interface where-in the slave units cannot be operated standalone for single phase output. Each LS3300, on the other hand, is capable of both independent single phase output, as well as synchronized three phase output. Its excellent portability enables feasible on- site calibration service.

Large current output up to 180 A

When users synchronize three units and connect their output in parallel, the system can output up to 180 A, when [Hi Current] is specified in the Wiring menu. LS3300 supports devices requiring large current such as a current sensor, smart meter, etc.

phase output is done by navigating to [CONFIG] > [Unit] key > menu.

Diversification of the calibration equipment by AUX output

A large current sensor used for industrial equipment and a clamp-on power meter used to monitor energy-saving are widely used in the power measurement market. When a clamp-on power meter unit or external current sensor input (voltage output) is calibrated, an AUX terminal is used. The voltage output range of the auxiliary output is 0 to 6.25 V.
Users can select either the 500 mV or 5 V range according to the range of a current sensor input.

LCD for enhanced viewing capabilities

The LS3300 is equipped with a 5.7-inch color LCD. It shows the wiring and power settings, as well as the phase chart of the generated waveforms, allowing users to quickly and easily view the instrument settings (as seen below). Users are also able to view the unit information such as the serial number, firmware version information, and communication settings in the UTILITY menu.
The values of voltage, current, active power and reactive power specified according to the level, level ratio and power factor are displayed as output values.

Reduced calibration times

(1) Notification of output stabilization

To improve working efficiency, the LS3300 is equipped with a function for notifying the user that the output is stable. When the STABILIZING indicator disappears from the LCD (two seconds later), it means that the output has stabilized. This reduces time spent working with transient signals that affect measurement accuracy.

Safety features during calibration

(1) High voltage notification

This function notifies users of dangerous high voltage conditions when using high voltage ranges (300 or 1000 V). When the voltage output is set to 150 V or higher, the device beeps intermittently to notify users.

(2) Trip detection

If a connected load causes the output range to be exceeded, the Yokogawa LS3300 detects the abnormal load conditions to protect itself. This function monitors the error of overcurrent, overvoltage, oscillation, fan malfunction and temperature.

(3) LINE synchronization

The output frequency of this product can be synchronized with commercial power frequency. This feature is useful in verifying interferences from the power source.

Communication interface

The LS3300 AC Power Calibrator is equipped with USB, Ethernet and GP-IB as standard communication interface to control external devices remotely.

High sensitivity and resolution and superior long-term stability
The vibrators are in a vacuum. This reduces the dispersion of vibration energy. Combined with the superior flexibility of monocrystal silicon, this makes it possible to obtain a high Q value.

Extremely low temperature dependence
Two vibrators are used, and pressure is derived from the difference between the two unique oscillation counts. With this operating structure, it is possible to cancel out external environment influences such as ambient temperature. In addition, the oscillators are in a vacuum, so they are not affected by ambient temperature or humidity.

The Yokogawa CA320 is a Thermocouple calibrator and is a high accuracy source and measure portable handheld calibrator used to inspect and maintain the accuracy of control devices such as temperature controllers, temperature transmitters, temperature sensors and other process devices which are used in process plants, industry machinery and manufacturing. It provides an ergonomic and friendly user-interface making it easy to use. The Yokogawa CA320 thermocouple Simulate model corresponds to 16 types of TC for sourcing. It achieves the high basic accuracy of 0.5°C (typical of type K), three times better than the previous model which enables it to operate a highly reliable test. Additionally, the difference of temperature between objects can be compensated, by using external RJ sensor or a compensating lead wire. The Yokogawa CA320 can measure the output of TC like a thermometer.

The Yokogawa CA310 is a Volt mA calibrator. The CA300 series process calibrator is a high accuracy source and measure portable handheld calibrator used to inspect and maintain the accuracy of control devices such as temperature controllers, temperature transmitters, temperature sensors and other process devices which are used in process plants, industry machinery and manufacturing. The CA310 voltage and current simulate model is capable to execute a loop check by simulating a transmitter, sinking the current signal from the external source. It achieves the high accuracy 0.015% of setting to source 4mA to 20mA. DC mA signals can be measured by supplying power to the transmitter from a 24V DC power supply. DC mA measurement and zero-point check can be performed with an accuracy of 0.015% of reading. A 250 ohm resistor for HART and BRAIN communication is included in this calibrator so there is no need to attach an external resistor when connecting to a handy terminal.

CA450 Process Multimeter / Calibrator
Loop Power and 4 to 20 mA Output function in a DMM

From daily inspection to troubleshooting of measurement instruments— all in a single unit! ideal for checking the operation of field devices and maintenance of electrical equipment. Similar to the Fluke 787 & Fluke 789.

The Yokogawa CA450 Process Multimeter is a portable test instrument to combine a digital RMS multimeter and a loop calibrator to give process technicians the same functionality in one tool. The Yokogawa CA450 provides 24-Volt loop power, reducing the need for carrying a separate power supply when performing transmitter testing. And with its built-in, selectable 250-Ohm Hart resistor, it also eliminates the need for a separate resistor. Process technicians can now do the same job while carrying less equipment

The Yokogawa CA150 Multi-functional and high-precision calibrator that can be used to calibrate and test industrial process devices and various electronics equipment.

Features:

Vertical hand-held calibrator
Easy-to-hold vertical type is designed to make it intuitively easy to operate, as individual functions are accessed directly by pressing assigned keys. Using the main unit body case, you can hang the CA150 to your body or a handrail to keep
it handy.

Simultaneous signal source and measurement operations at the
same time
In conventional calibration applications, multiple devices such as a standard generator, adjustable resistor and multimeter were required. Now with a single CA150 unit, it is possible to perform operation checks at regular inspection and maintenance of thermocouples, RTD's and instruments, as well as maintenance and equipment diagnosis of process devices such as transmitters, thermostats and signal converters.
