DSOX3014T, DSOX3024T, DSOX3034T, DSOX3054T and DSOX3104T are 4 Channel 100MHz (base Bandwidth) Oscilloscopes. The DSOX3014T can be upgraded at time of purchase to 200MHz or 350MHz, 500MHz or 1GHz OR via software upgrades in the future. Waveform update rate is 1,000,000 waveforms / sec, Maximum Sample rate is 5GS/s.
All DSOX3000T series have Segmented memory, inbuilt Frequency counter and DVM.
Waveform Generator & Serial Trigger and Decode are available as options.
